  • How do I apply?

    Yes. Applications include standard screening as part of the leasing process.

  • What are the move-in costs?

    Move-in costs vary by apartment and applicant qualifications but may include:

  • Are short-term leases or sublets available?

    No. Short-term leases and subletting are generally not permitted.

    Most apartments feature hardwood or wood-style flooring. Some Brookline/Brighton apartments also offer carpeting.

  • Do the apartments have in-unit laundry?

    Laundry options vary by community.

    • Longwood Towers: Every apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

    • 1443 Beacon: Select apartments include in-unit laundry.

    • Brookline/Brighton Communities: Most buildings offer shared laundry facilities, while Auburn Harris Courtyard features in-unit laundry.


  • Do any apartments have balconies?

    Select apartments at 1443 Beacon and Longwood Towers have balconies.

  • Are furnished apartments available?

    No. Our apartments are leased unfurnished.

  • Do the apartments have air conditioning?

    • 1443 Beacon and Longwood Towers: Air conditioning in every apartment

    • Brookline/Brighton Communities: Air conditioning available in select buildings

  • Is parking available?

    Yes. Parking options vary by property. Parking fees vary by property.

    • Longwood Towers: Valet parking available

    • Brookline/Brighton Communities: Surface or garage parking available at select locations


  • Is guest parking available?

    Yes. Our Brookline apartment communities offer convenient access to MBTA Green Line stations and bus routes.

    • 1443 Beacon is directly across from the Green Line.

    • Brookline/Brighton communities are served by nearby MBTA buses and Green Line stations.

  • Is bike storage available?

    Yes. Bike storage or bike racks are available.
